On the cover: JAWSII cells were infected with Chlamydia (MOI 10) for 72 h and examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The infection is characterized by structural disintegration of chlamydial inclusions and release of bacteria into the cytosol. The TEM image was artificially colored in green (Chlamydia), blue (mitochondria), and orange (endolysosomal compartments). Fiegl, D., D. Kägebein, E. M. Liebler-Tenorio, T. Weisser, M. Sens, M. Gutjahr, and M. R. Knittler. 2013. Amphisomal route of MHC class I cross-presentation in bacteria-infected dendritic cells. J. Immunol. 190: 2791–2806.
