Occupational Medicine is an international peer-reviewed journal which provides vital information for the promotion of workplace health and safety. It is the official journal of the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM), which is the largest nationally recognised professional organisation for individuals with an interest in health and work.
Topics covered include work-related injury and illness, accident and illness prevention, health promotion, occupational disease, health education, the establishment and implementation of health and safety standards, monitoring of the work environment, and the management of recognized hazards. Authors’ workshop
We provide training sessions every other year for those wanting to learn more about getting their paper published in Occupational Medicine. The presentations from the last workshop held in December 2023 are available below:
