Abstract

The case is reported of a 49-year-old building labourer whose history and patch test results supported a diagnosis of allergic contact dermatitis from epoxy resin, but whose clinical and histopathological findings were those of an atypical psoriasis. It is proposed that the Koebner reaction is the explanation of these apparently conflicting findings.
