In the above-named article by Lau CY, Cheung YTT, Han TMA, Chung CMJ, Chong YK, and Chen PLS (JCEM Case Reports. 2024; 2(12); doi: 10.1210/jcemcr/luae207), there was an error in the Acknowledgments section.

In the originally published article, the Acknowledgments section read “We are grateful to Dr. C.C. Shek, Dr. H.N. Cheung (Department of Pathology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital), and Dr M.T. Leung (Department of Pathology, Tuen Mun Hospital) for their guidance and support in the investigation of the patient; to Dr. T.Y.C. Chan (Department of Pathology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital) for her review of the manuscript; to Dr. F. Y. Wan (Department of Radiology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital) for her provision of the radiological investigation image; and to Dr. H.S. Leung (Department of Medicine and Geriatrics, Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital, Hong Kong) for her guidance in clinical assessment and management of the patient.” Because the authors accidentally omitted an acknowledgment, the phrase “to Dr. H.F. Tong (Western Diagnostic Pathology, Australia) for his guidance in toxicology analysis” has been added. In the corrected article, the Acknowledgements section now reads “We are grateful to Dr. C.C. Shek, Dr. H.N. Cheung (Department of Pathology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital), and Dr M.T. Leung (Department of Pathology, Tuen Mun Hospital) for their guidance and support in the investigation of the patient; to Dr. H.F. Tong (Western Diagnostic Pathology, Australia) for his guidance in toxicology analysis; to Dr. T.Y.C.
