This report describes the systematic process followed to translate a family-based adolescent weight management intervention from randomized control trial protocol to an intervention package ready to deliver and evaluate as a group-based telehealth program in a medical center setting.

Outcomes of a peer-led navigation program, PARTNER-MH, for racially minoritized Veterans receiving mental health services: a pilot randomized controlled trial to assess feasibility and acceptability
Pilot study of a peer-led, navigation program for minoritized Veterans in VHA mental health clinics shows feasibility of further testing and acceptability of the intervention. Results also show promising improvements in mental health outcomes. However, modifications are needed to increase program session attendance and retention.

With few resources available as part of routine care currently, we need to develop and test dyadic, psychosocial interventions that can be integrated within palliative care for people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and caregivers early after diagnoses with potential to translate to other terminal/serious illness.
