Clinical practice guideline on diagnosis and treatment of hyponatraemia. Nephrol. Dial. Transplant. (2014) 29 (suppl 2): i1–i39 first published online February 25, 2014 doi:10.1093/ndt/gfu040
The journal and the authors apologize for errors in this article, co-published in Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation, The European Journal of Endocrinology, and Intensive Care Medicine.
Correction 1
In column 2 of Table 7 on page G16, the last disorder under Pulmonary disorders should be Respiratory failure associated with positive-pressure breathing and not as published.
Correction 2
There is an additional error in the Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation version of the guidelines. The sentence, ‘The guidelines will be co-published in Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation and Intensive Care Medicine’, is incorrect and ‘Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation’ should be replaced by ‘The European Journal of Endocrinology’.
Therefore, the sentence should instead read as follows:
‘The guidelines will be co-published in the European Journal of Endocrinology and Intensive Care Medicine’.
The publisher apologizes for this error.
