Objective
To study the state of sexual health of women with chronic inflammatory diseases of genitals of Chlamydia etiology (CIDGCE).
Methods
115 women with CIDGCE aged from 20 to 35 years have been examined. The duration of disease was from 2 to 17 years, complicated in 29 (25.2%) by tubal infertility and in 21 (18.3%) – by miscarriage. A clinic and paraclinic, gynaecological, microbiological, immunological, and sexology examination has been carried out. Simultaneously the level of anti GroEl antibodies was defined (homolog Hsp60) according to disorders of reproductive and sexual function in the examined women.
Results
Among the examined women aged from 20 to 25 dominated, with an average age of 29.4 ± 2.6 years. At the background of ‘silent’ clinics of salpingitis with time (in 1-2 years after the beginning of disease) the reduction of sexual desire was formed in 18 (15.6%) women, arousal – in 15 (13.9%), secondary anorgasmia – in 11 (9.6%), and dyspareunia – in 99 (86.1%). In 21 (18.3%) women with tubal infertility and duration of inflammatory disease lasting more than 5 years adhesive changes of III-IV level from the organs of small pelvis were combined with II-III level of dyspareunia and high levels of anti GroEl antibodies (in 1.7-2.3 times more than standard). After the inflammatory therapy (in 3 months) secondary anorgasmia in 3 (2.6%) and dyspareunia of I-II level in 12 (10.4%) women were preserved.
