Decreasing trends in acute gastroenteritis–associated hospitalization and outpatient visit rates have been sustained in the 7 years after rotavirus vaccine introduction within the Indian Health Service. These decreases underscore the importance of vaccination uptake among American Indian and Alaska Native children.
