The immunization platform offers the potential for increased coverage with other important health services. Proposed services for integration include water treatment and sanitation interventions, distribution of mosquito nets to prevent malaria, and provision of maternal/child health services. This supplemental issue of The Journal of Infectious Diseases examines some potential benefits of integrating other services with immunizations, as well as concerns that must be addressed.
