Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) RNA in lymph node tissue of an HIV-infected patient receiving successfully suppressive antiretroviral therapy. HIV RNA was evaluated by in situ hybridization in which HIV staining appears pink in color, in a pattern indicating low levels of HIV replication. (Original magnification, 160).
