A saccular-shaped left sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (89 mm), which stretched out the left main trunk (A). The entire aortic root and the ascending aorta were replaced, and the aortic valve was preserved using the reimplantation technique. The aneurysm sack was excluded (B). The patient was discharged without complications. LAD: left anterior descending artery. The blue arrows shows the neck of the aneurysm.
