We are delighted to announce the winner of the Royal Economic Society Prize for the best paper published in THE ECONOMIC JOURNAL in 2002. The value of this prize is £3,000.
The 2002 Prize is awarded to Wilfred J Ethier for his paper, “Unilateralism in a Multilateral World” which appeared in the April 2002 issue of THE ECONOMIC JOURNAL.
The prize committee consisted of Professor John Beath, a member of the Royal Economic Society Council, Professor Stephen Nickell, the President of the Royal Economic Society and Professor Mike Wickens, Coordinating Managing Editor of The Economic Journal.
The next Royal Economic Society Prize of £3,000 will be for the best paper in THE ECONOMIC JOURNAL for the year 2003.
