Table 2 should read:
BLAST can give ambiguous results; longer homopolymer of serine has higher e-value than shorter homopolymer of glutamine even though both homopolymers are aligned without penalty. Table shows perfect alignments collected from BLAST. It compares proteins from krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family (upper sequences) with proteins from other families (bottom sequences)
