Abstract
The genus Brevicoryne may be characterized as follows: Vertex moderately convex; frontal tubercles not distinctly exceeding vertex; hairs pointed; secondary sensoria circular with narrow rims; cornicles swollen, clavate, short, not distinctly longer than cauda; cauda conical; wing venation normal, media twice branched. Living on leaves and twigs of plants.
