Increase of intracellular cAMP by FSK decreases nonstimulated ALPL levels, whereas H-89 and Gα_s knockdown markedly increase it. U2OS-TSHR cells were treated with 10μM FSK or H-89. GNAS siRNA was used to knockdown Gα_s. After 5 days, levels of ALPL expression were determined by RT-qPCR.
