B-band surface brightness profile of the MAGIC II fields presented here. The intermediate-age (filled green symbols) and old stars (open red symbols) in each field were split in order to quantify the contribution of the different populations. Circles represent the Northern Arm fields while squares denote the Southern Arm fields. See Fig. 1 for a visual location of the fields.
