PLFAs (nmol g⁻¹ DW soil±SD) in the rhizosphere soil of barley plants without (control) or inoculated with 2000, 4000, and 8000 Meloidogyne incognita after 2, 3, and 4 weeks. The total, bacterial and fungal PLFAs, and the fungal to bacterial ratio (F/B) are presented. Means within treatments of each week with the same or no letters are not significantly different according to Tukey's HSD (P<0.05).
