Percent reduction in microfilaria compared to pretreatment levels at 36 hours, 7 days, and 1 year following treatment with diethylcarbamazine (DEC) + albendazole (ALB) + ivermectin (IVM) or DEC + ALB. Microfilaria levels were determined by filtering 1 mL of anticoagulated, nocturnally collected peripheral venous blood through a nucleopore filter. Significance determined by Student t test.
