Effects of SRIF-28, Compound 1, Compound 2, and Compound 5/1 on Forskolin-Stimulated Intracellular cAMP Accumulation CHO-K1 cells stably transfected with mouse sst₅ were tested for the effects of different compounds on forskolin-stimulated adenylate cyclase activity. Data are expressed in percent of control (±sem), defined as intracellular cAMP levels in the presence of 10 μm forskolin and represent three independent experiments.
