1V270-micelles are tolerated by non-human primates. Escalating doses of 1V270-micelles were infused intravenously to cynomolgus monkeys every fourteenth day. Doses of 0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 0.9, and 2.7 mg/kg 1V270-micelles were administered (n = 3). Blood samples were taken at indicates times after each infusion. (A) Dosing and sampling schedule.
