Performance of different tools on digenic pairs prioritization of 11 cases. For each tool, we report the number of cases for which the causative pair is ranked: (1) in the top 5th positions, (2) between the 6th and 10th, (3) between the 11th and 25th, (4) between the 26th and 50th, (5) between the 51st and 100th, or (6) above the 100th position.
