Patients who underwent ECPR because of ACS and received emergent coronary intervention from 2010 to 2022 at the two participating institutions were screened for eligibility. A total of 215 patients were included in the analysis. A 1:1 propensity score matching paired 40 patients in the CABG group with 40 patients in the PCI group.
