MAVISp framework for structural analysis. MAVISp is a module-dependent framework to study structural alterations. The curators of MAVISp take mutations as an input and study these using the applicable modules starting with the structure selection and potentially ensemble generation. The mutations are modeled in the structure and analyzed for their impact on stability, local interactions, long-range effects, PTMs and, if an ensemble was generated, functional dynamics. All of these analyses provide information for variant assessment. *Modules are part of the ensemble-mode of MAVISp.
