Functional effects of acrylamide (0, 12.5, 25 mg/kg bw) on the landing foot spread (LFS) test in wild-type and IL-1β KO mice. Exposure to acrylamide significantly increased LFS at 25 mg/kg bw in IL-1β KO mice (ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test). A significant difference in the result of exposure to 25 mg/kg bw between wild-type and IL-1β KO mice is shown by the Student’s t-test.
