Within group changes were analyzed by repeated measures 2-way ANOVA for Semaglutide + Training, and Training. A 2 sided paired Student’s t-test was used for evaluation of semaglutide alone. Fasting plasma glucose was lower with semaglutide alone and in combination with training than training alone before and after the training intervention (P = .022, repeated measures, 2-way ANOVA).
