 Patient 19. Non-sustained ventricular tachycardia from the right ventricular outflow tract. The coupling interval of S −1 with the first beat of the ventricular tachycardia is 380 ms, and the ventricular tachycardia cycle length stabilizes at cycle length 280 ms. The LVP vt duration is rather constant between 38 and 42 ms except for the second beat of the ventricular tachycardia where it is 56 ms. This is probably due to fusion of the LVP vt and the A potential of the sinus beat. The amplitude of the LVP in the distal pairs of the ablation catheter of S −1 is 0.95 and 0.70 mV in the LVP vt compared with 0.12 and 0.23 mV in the proximal pairs.
