Evolution of posterior means and 95% CI for within-group attraction/repulsion $γ1w$ for Democrats, $γ2w$ for Republicans, and between-group attraction/repulsion γ^b in Twitter congressional hashtag networks. Polarization between two parties appeared in both time periods. The within-group coefficients for both parties decreased, falling to negative for Republicans.
