We systematically surveyed 59 bioinformatics tools, which includes databases that provide information on the drug resistance cases, genes, mutations and the effects of mutations on PLIs, and servers for predicting the DRMs from sequence data, the effects of mutations on PLIs and the effects of mutations on protein stability. These tools may provide a toolbox for researchers working in the pesticide, biomedical, bioinformatics and pharmaceutical engineering fields, and good platforms for non-specialists to quickly understand drug resistance prediction.
