BAI reduces the production of IL-6 and TNF-α from HK-MRSA-stimulated peritoneal Mϕs and iBMDMs. Primary peritoneal Mϕs (3.5 × 105/well) and iBMDMs (2 × 105/well) were seeded into plates and incubated overnight respectively. Cells were administrated with different concentrations of BAI for 12 or 24 h with the stimulation of HK-MRSA (MOI = 10).
