The upper panel plots the radial velocity phase curves of GD 1400A and GD 1400B in blue and red, respectively. The measurements for both components are well described by sine functions that have been fitted to the data (circular orbits are expected post-common envelope). The lower panel plots the residuals between the measurements and the simple model.
