Letrozole inhibits estradiol, but not progesterone production. KGN spheroids were incubated in media with testosterone (T) in the absence or presence of varying concentrations of letrozole (0–100 000 pM) for 72 h. Letrozole-inhibited estradiol (A), but not progesterone (B) production in a dose-dependent manner.
