Stellar mass as a function of density with colour representing Hα derived SFRs for VL1, VL2 and VL3 (panels a, b and c, respectively) for the ‘star-forming’ sample. The lines were derived by taking the median stellar mass in bins of SFR, within a series of density bins. There is no relationship between mass and density for any SFR_Hα.
