Stable expression of IAA-tFT reporters in Arabidopsis. Immunoblots are from stable Arabidopsis transgenic lines expressing different IAA genes fused to tFT. Five-day-old seedlings were treated with 5 µm 2,4-D or ethanol (EtOH) for 4 h.
