Differential expression of ICGs and their internal correlation. (A) Differential expression of ICGs constructed by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test in 14 TCGA cancers with tumor-normal paired samples, filtered by FC (>1.5) and FDR (<0.05). The color of the gene symbol of ICGs indicates their expression patterns: TCICGs (red), TIC-ICGs (yellow) and IC-ICGs (green). The color bars on the gene symbol represent the functional classes (gene families or immune effects) of ICGs. The annotation bar on the bottom and right side of the dot plot represents the statistics of DE ICGs. The color and size of the points indicate the DE trend (red: upregulated; blue: downregulated) and FDR significance, respectively. (B) DE profiles of ICGs from 13 ligand-receptor pairs. (C) The relationship between ligand and receptor of ICGs and Spearman’s correlation between the expression level of the ligand-receptor pairs in all CTs, statistically displayed in a pie plot. An FDR < 0.05 was considered as statistical significance. The Pie between each ligand-receptor pair indicates the correlation relationship between corresponding pairs in 33 CTs from TCGA.
