A, Wild-type (WT; 137c), control (CS; LHCSR1–Luc717), and uvr8-, npq4-, and npq4 uvr8-mutant strains in a 24-well plate after treatment with LL (30 μmol photons/m²/s) or HL (500 μmol photons/m²/s) containing UV (UV-supplemented fluorescent light at 10 μmol photons/m²/s) for 10 h.
