Embryos of wild-type and inh3-1 defective mutants in various developmental stages of seeds. Each seed was obtained from immature siliques at 3 to 7 DAF. Cleared seeds were inspected by a microscope equipped with differential interference contrast optics. Bars = 30 μm.
