FXR1 participates in the oxidative stress responses. (A) U2OS cells were transfected with FXR1 siRNA or negative control siRNA, and after 2 days these cells were treated with 50 μM of pyocyanin for the indicated times. Whole cell extracts from the harvested cells were analysed by western blot using the indicated antibodies. (B) MRC5SV (normal) and MRE11-defective ATLD cells (HMfibroSV or ATLD2SV) were treated with 50 μM pyocyanin for the indicated times and whole cell extracts from the harvested cells were analysed by the indicated antibodies.
