Maps using the relational database storage technology are presented on the left, while maps using the spreadsheet storage technology are presented on the right. In addition, the numbers of systematic maps which store multiple values within a single cell of their data table/s are indicated by solid shading, whereas those that do not are indicated by patterned shading.
