Mean number of male and female flies responding to FliesBeGone fly baits aged 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 days. Flowrates used were 0.08 m3/min for C. macellaria and S. bullata trials and 0.19 m3/min for M. domestica experiments. Statistical analyses were performed using a generalized linear model regression with Poisson distribution. The two factors evaluated were treatment and sex, with counts from 8 distinct biological replicates resulting in a consistent calculated degree of freedom (df) of 29 for each aged bait tested.
