Step 1Participants from H and V villages sit in the same room
Step 2Group numbers (or IDs) are given and groups formed randomly in pairs
Step 3The members of each pair say ‘hello’ to each other

Step 5All Ds pick a chit with private numbers from an urn, one by one and in private
