The copy numbers are followed by the ratios Q and the distance value D for the comparison of CH34_M and of CH34_E with CH34_0. These values were not provided when the respective protein could not be measured in CH34_0. NF, not found. Not found in any of the cells were the products of the genes cadA, pbrA, and czcD. The copper-exporting PIB1-type ATPase CtpA1 (Rmet_2379) was found only once with 917 copies in nonchallenged AE104 cells.
