Change is defined as visit score minus baseline score, with a positive change score reflecting improvement and a negative change score reflecting worsening. Mean change estimate and its 95% CI are computed from a mixed model with a factor of visits and repeat measurements within a patient by using all available data from baseline and days 15, 29, 85, and 113. For all domains and time points, n = 15 unless otherwise noted.
