Model 2: multivariate Cox PH model adjusted for age, sex, smoking status, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, BMI, cancer, hemodialysis vintage, albumin, CTR, Ca × P and medical facility location. Model 3: Model 2 plus hs-CRP. hs-CRP and ANGPTL2 were transformed to natural log values.
