Association between Duffy-null genotyoe and risk of infection in individuals with Black African/Caribbean ethnicity in (i) the UK Biobank sample and (ii) the iPSYCH sample. Only sites of infection that were present in at least 1% of controls were included. Details of analysis conducted in whole UK Biobank sample (all ethnicities) are given in Supplementary Material, Table S5.
