Measurements are made by fitting the model to the data over the range 40 < l < 400 or 0| $_{.}^{\circ}$|04 < θ < 0| $_{.}^{\circ}$|4. Samples with an asterisk have had the masks developed with both ALLSKY and ALLWISE samples applied. Values in parentheses in the bottom half are from measurements with the Planck DR1 data, and all others use the DR2 data. These results are shown in Fig. 6.
