Factors associated with successful FLOW implementation to improve mental health access: a mixed-methods study
Successful implementation of this mental health access program was associated with staff having positive perceptions of the intervention, having a culture of recovery-oriented care, prioritizing implementation over competing demands, and having a local provider in charge of implementation who was well-positioned for implementation.

Food retailer actions toward the National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health to promote nutrition security: Applicability of the Business Impact Assessment-Obesity as a monitoring tool
The BIA-Obesity is an existing tool with standardized indicators. The existing indicators, with some expansions, are appropriate for monitoring food retailer actions toward the National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health in support of nutrition security for all.

Adaptation of an evidence-based, preventive intervention to promote mental health in Hispanic adolescents: eHealth Familias Unidas Mental Health
Using a systematic process, an evidence-based intervention designed to prevent drug use and sexual risk behavior among Hispanic adolescents was adapted to additionally promote youth mental health (i.e., reduction of depression, anxiety, and suicide risk) in preparation for intervention implementation, and to ultimately address mental health disparities.

Identifying and supporting vaccine champions in pediatric primary care: a qualitative interview study
Findings from this qualitative study suggest that having firsthand clinical experience and a strong commitment to vaccine promotion are relevant attributes for identifying vaccine champions.

Looking back at Covid-19 government restrictions: were local lockdown regions with tighter restrictions less adherent before the restrictions and more adherent after?
Looking back there was no evidence that adherence was weaker before local restrictions were implemented by government in regions with higher case rates, nor was there evidence that imposing restrictions increased adherence.

Young Black and White adults prefer in-person to telehealth for primary care visits and group health promotion programs
Should research recruiting young adults deliver behavioral interventions using telehealth or in-person visits? Although nearly all young adults have access to technology, their preference for in-person appointments is higher than for telehealth appointments, and these preferences should be considered.

Moving psychedelic-assisted therapies from promising research into routine clinical practice: Lessons from the field of implementation science
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a promising treatment for a variety of mental health disorders, yet its pathway from clinical trials to real-world clinical practice remains unclear. This commentary aims to initiate an ongoing dialogue on how the field of implementation science can contribute tools, methodologies, and approaches to help move psychedelic-assisted therapy from research into practice for historically underserved communities.
