Abstract
Energy spectra directional dose equivalent, H'(10), are calculated by the Monte Carlo method for photons of incident energies 10, 5, 3, 1.25, 0.662, 0.3, 0.2, 0.15, 0.096, 0.0595, 0.03, 0.02, and 0.015 MeV. Thirteen incident angles are considered for each energy value. The main results are illustrated. It is demonstrated that the contributions of scattered photons to H'(10) are significant especially at larger incident angles and over the incident energy range from about 0.1 MeV to 3 MeV.
