Erratum for “Prevalence, clinico-pathological value, and co-occurrence of PDGFRA abnormalities in diffuse gliomas”

The panel label for panel C2 in Figure 1 should read “PDGFRA p. C235Y (TGT > TAT),” and the in text figure reference on page 5, line 280 should also read “C235Y (TGT > TAT) (Fig. 1C, Panel 2).”

The first sentence in the second paragraph under the article heading “Correlation Between PDGFRA Amplication and PDGFRA Mutation, Rearrangement, IDH Mutation, and 1p/19q Codeletion” at lines 325-328 should read “PDGFRA amplification and IDH mutation were inversely correlated; 12.9% of PDGFRA non-amplified tumors were IDH mutated, compared with 2.6% of amplified tumors (P = .001).”
