Thank you Dr. Sookaromdee and Dr. Wiwanitkit for your comments. I agree there are numerous factors that may impact both general and COVID-19-specific vaccine hesitancy. While this cross-sectional study did address some risk factors that were seen in previous literature, the primary purpose was to evaluate the effectiveness of the physician-led intervention. Studies looking specifically at vaccine hesitancy risk factors should be longitudinal to include both the early phase of vaccine release and established vaccines; this should also span the course and scope of the pandemic to understand how these may impact the identified risk factors.
