Overview Study of Solder Joint Reliability due to Creep Deformation
The effective lifetimes of electronic packages are affected by various thermos-mechanical deformations. Creep is considered the most salient mechanism in the failure of solder joints. In this paper, studying the characteristics of familiar creep models in detail showed that the Garofalo-Arrhenius creep model and modified strain energy density model was convincingly productive for studying the reliability of various electronic packages.

A Review of Actuation Force in Origami Applications
Origami, the ancient paper folding art has inspired the engineering equipment and design for decades. Recently, researchers are interested in being able to create self-folding structures. Such a structure enables kinematic manipulation by external forces or moments without folding and/or unfolding operations. This paper investigates and analyses previous literatures on the key driving force of the actuation structure.
